Appointment Scheduling
To book your appointments, you must log in and schedule through our online portal. We do not accept appointments made over the phone or via email. You must have an account with us to book appointments through the online portal.

Cancelled & Missed Appointments
Please remember that it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, and to notify us of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.
Appointment cancellation requires at least a 24-hour notice to qualify for credit toward another booking. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be considered missed and cancelled. No refunds or booking credits will be issued for missed appointments.​​

Hair Removal & Shaving Requirements
You must shave the area to be treated at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled and may incur additional fees.

For safety reasons, we cannot perform hair removal treatments on any area of the body that has been waxed or sugared within the last two weeks, or on any area of the body that has been treated with depilatory creams within the last week. If you have any concerns about your eligibility for treatment, please contact us before booking your appointment.
Offers and Promotions
Our offers and promotions are subject to change without notice. Only one offer or promotion can be used per purchase, and they cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Package Expiration
All packages purchased through our website are subject to an expiration date, which is determined by the service you have purchased. Please refer to your purchase confirmation for the specific expiration date of your package. Packages cannot be extended beyond their expiration date, and no refunds will be issued for expired packages.
