Appointments and Late Fees * To book your appointments, you must log in and schedule through our online portal. We do not accept appointments made over the phone or via email. You must have an account with us in order to book appointments through the online portal. * You are expected to arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be considered late and cancelled. In addition, missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may also result in a late fee. Please note that no services, whether paid or unpaid, will be rendered to you until all late fees are paid in full. * If you are assessed a late fee and the fee remains unpaid at the time any paid services reach their expiration, including those services included in a plan or package, you will forfeit all remaining services. * Please remember that it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, and to notify us of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible. Refund Policy * All sales, both online and in person, are considered final. By engaging in any transaction for services offered, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
